NareshK Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 There are way too many heavy weight players in this team - Sehwag, KP, Mahela, Ross Taylor, David Warner, Mornie Morkel, Umesh Yadav and Irfan - thereby making other teams weaker in comparison. IPL management should have ensured the talent is spread around for fair competition between teams. Watching DD take on DC will be something like Australia Vs Namibia. But then again, that bald Aussie loser Lehmann should be blamed for bringing in every gully cricketer from Australia and getting them fat IPL contracts at the cost of the team. At the time of auction Subroto Roy threw a fit and declared withdrawal from IPL. After the auction was over, he decided to come back.He should have taken this decision before the auction and Pune could have had more quality players in the squad.
