MundaPakistani
Ferrer wins it in 4!! What is this guy made of?? He was coming off a 5 set match against Nalbandian yet he easily coped with several punishing ground strokes from Nadal. Nadal on the other hand shouldn't be too discouraged about the result because its about time that he takes some time off tennis and fixes the knee which has been bothering him since the Wimbledon. Gaurav
Yes Nadal gaya! Nadal is Shohaib Akhtar of Tennis:hysterical: Federer will dismantle the US boy today.
Predator_05
I thought Ferrer was on drugs - he didn't even look tired. Effortlessly chasing Nadal's returns and hitting them back just as hard. His defence was incredible; beating Nadal at his own game. Loved how he kept swearing at himself and the umpire in between points...:haha: Nadal wasn't at his physical best - in fact, i'm amazed at how well he coped with his tendonitis - but he went down fighting and gained a lot of respect
MundaPakistani
Yes Nadal gaya! Nadal is Shohaib Akhtar of Tennis:hysterical: Federer will dismantle the US boy today. Even Shoaib Akhtar's biggest fan will not compare him to Nadal! Nadal is one of the greatest athletes in the sports world, his attitude on and off the tennis court is exemplary. Shoaib AKhtar's attitude on the other hand is any thing but exemplary.

MundaPakistani
The sad fact(or may be not) is that Federer is about 3 times as talented as Roddick. This is the absolute best that Roddick can play and he still lost in straight sets. p.s I always want to root for Roddick when he faces Federer but only after 3 or 4 games i end up falling in love with Federer's game

Yesterday he played out of his skin, but the moment he fell two games behind Fed in the 3rd set, he was done and he knew it.
kumble_rocks
Roddick is a joke compared to the great Federer. Other than his big serve , his over all game sucks. The irony here is , in-spite of his big serve , he always ends up getting out aced by Federer most of the times. Goes to show how weak his service returns are. Jeez, at the use of Connors if you can't read a 120 mph serve properly. And the less talked about his backhand chip shot , the better it is . Boy , Federer makes him look like a kid in the rally.
