If he was not the famous Int'l umpire' date=' she would've just STFU like it happens in so many break ups...Gold digger:winky:[/quote'] If it was not someone famous enough to attract headlines, she probably would not have been involved in the first place. You seriously think she fell in love with his and is now jealous?

i take this Indian law as government asking men to step up their game, if a man cant get laid without promising marriage he shouldn't be playing. but the golden rule will always remain that never stick you dick in crazy, asad just did that, and he deserve what he is gonna get.

Under Indian law' date=' if a man sleeps with a woman promising marriage, it amounts to rape if the man declines marriage afterwards.[/quote'] Interesting they didn't extend or widen the scope of this law for "promise breaking" which is what this law actually alludes too. If that was the case, half of the Indian population will be in jail.

Interesting they didn't extend or widen the scope of this law for "promise breaking" which is what this law actually alludes too. If that was the case' date=' half of the Indian population will be in jail.[/quote'] The law actually make mockery of the true rape victims. The funda is this : rape is defined roughly as sex with a woman (recently amended to include men) without their consent. Now, under the contracts law, consent obtained under false pretense or false representation is not valid consent. So the law holds that consent to have sex ontained on basis of promise of marriage is not valid consent if the man declines marriage subsequently. Hence the sex amounts to rape. Now, the same contracts law says that an offer or an acceptance or a statement given under duress is not legally binding. Whatever a poor man says in such a vulnerable condition of horniness should not be held against him. It's just not fair.
