theguyinallblue Posted December 29, 2006 Share Posted December 29, 2006 BCCI president sharad pawar is sure to be the next ICC president... can he bring transperancy and consistency in umpiring system? can he bring appeal system once again..?i am sure this time it will be passed with full majority with only australia..NZ and SA opposing it,... i want two things from him... one more and more indian..srilankan and BD elite umpires in ICC panel.. appeal system.... and consistency in punishment....by match referees...
