Seems like in Internet era people can randomly come up to conclusion and provide some weird "link" to prove it. Why would Pakistan be conceived for Bihar and UP Muslims? Considering the two greatest icons of Pakistan creation are Muhammed Ali Jinnah (Bombay & Karachi) & Alama Iqbal (Lahore), essentially Punjabis why would they go about creating Pakistan for Bihari Muslims?? Heck if there was some way of measuring the migration it would be safe to say less %age of Bihari Muslims migrated to Pakistan than those in the border states, like Punjab and Bengal. Not taking a stab at you but wondering where your notion came from. And to compare partition to BIMARU states is equally retarded. By the by do you realize that in early 1950s Bihar was the best managed of all Indian states? Look it up. The muslim nobility (particularly of UP) didn't want to lose their land holdings as Land Reforms were expected in an Independent India. You can see the result of this in Pakistan, where little to no land distribution took place (other than what these nawab sahibs got). Hindu/Muslim brouhaha was just for the hoi polloi. JMHO.
