saneindian
Sachin Tendulkar's elder brother Ajit Tendulkar today dropped in at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground to watch the first day's play between India and Australia, here. Rumours are rife that the Kotla Test will be Sachin's last one in India - unless he is still around when the West Indies visit in October 2014, when the Master Blaster will be 41. According to sources close to the cricketer, Ajit is expected to stay back for the entire duration of the final Test, with India standing on the cusp of a historic 4-0 clean sweep. http://www.indianexpress.com/news/to-watch-sachin-tendulkar-play-last-test-in-india-draws-brother-ajit-to-kotla-/1091966/ The rumours get louder. Is this going to be the last test for Sachin? Link to comment

Desi Cartman
Is it a question to the readers ? Arent the reporters suggest to do the hardwork and find out information and then report and not just publish a question Link to comment
FreakazoiD
I really hope it is his last test. Not just at home. Link to comment

Muloghonto
I ideally would like to see Sachin have one final flourish in Saffieland and regain some dominance in English conditions and retire with grace at Lords, which is likely to be the 5th and final test of the British tour. Link to comment
nevada
"unless he is still around when the West Indies visit in October 2014" So, no more home test matches till Oct 14? That is a long, long gap! Link to comment
panther
Yes a couple more away tours to bring that away average down. Link to comment
Muloghonto
Yes a couple more away tours to bring that away average down. Sachin averages much better away from home than at home in the last few years. I wouldn't count on him failing in conditions that have good bounce and the ball comes on to the bat. Link to comment
Pagalpanti
Wasnt a series with Pak or BD on cards during August? Link to comment
harmuk
I will bet Sachin will not retire. Eventually he will be dropped. Ajit's presence here means nothing. Link to comment

Australia will come to India in 2013-14 season but just for ODIs and T20s. Link to comment
CSK Fan
The bible clearly asks you not to try and predict the end times. Lots of false prophets will try and predict but only God himself knows the true date. Link to comment
