Simons says, "The management of the Delhi Daredevils realise that it is noy just about the franchise team it is also about giving the community and developing young cricketers and we have run a competition and lost all and there are kids we have seen here who have talents." Sekar teaches the boys a side-on, semi-open delivery and front-on action. Sekar says that the future cricketers are going to come from the school level. They are trying to tap the talent and keep monitoring them in two-three years time they might be able to come up will be able to play in the IPL level.
