If you see in Australia, Umi, while being new to test cricket, still got quite a few wickets. he just didnt get support from zak or lambu. zak is gone, hopefully lambu goes as well

true, but our batting wasn't as good before and Amla wasn't in the blistering form he is now.

Unlikely. Our pace bowlers are in woeful form. Zaheer is lacking fitness. Ishant has been terrible and only Umesh seems to be our hope (if fit). Bowlers will have to pull up their socks to repeat something like this.

you need a good out swing bowler in SA to succeed. we don't have one right now. All our bowlers are in swing bowlers. lack of variety.
