I hope most feel "India won", but some may be particularly happy abt their region. As long as it is balanced view, then it is ok. As I mentioned in another place, it's just about celebrating diversity and ppl feeling a bit proud about a certain person being from the same state.. Nothing wrong with it Link to comment
