Allrounders in Indian cricket team

During the past India had many genuine allrounders Kapil Dev,Roger Binny,Monoj Prabhakar ,Mohinder Amarnath etc.Last decade we did not have any geniune allrounders.from the current lot,there r Irfan Pathan,Abhishek Nair,Stuart Binny and Rishi Dhawan.Who u think can be looked upon as allrounder who can be good batsman in no 7 position and who can bowl as 3rd or 4th change bowler.
