We are really a 420 country , cheating ourselves all the time, deperately trying to somehow believe we are champion material who go wrong sometimes. Fact is we are always losing material who can;t even see our own true images in the mirror. We are the biggest fools who believe we are champs when we are just really champs at hypocrisy and we don't even know we are losers. The team is probably worst in terms of giving inflated views of itself based on one single odd win, rain saved from defeat tests, odd patchy 30s and 40s from our stars, jump on the slightest comment by our opponents and call them whiners and all sort of names. But the truth is much closer to what the Aussie skipper said " ok the T20 is over, India played well, celebrations are great, but that's all behind us now. We are the real world champions". Now look at the series scoreline. It reads 3-1 in Aussie , but more truly it is 5-0 , yes that is the real true score minus umpires and rain . Lets face it, for today's performance we deserve nothing less than a scoreline of 7-0 for this series, and then 1-0 for the one off T20. Dhoni says we need to forget this game after the match. Not one word of the top order collapse . That exactly is what I am saying. We have forgotten the results of all the games and the reasons. That is why we lose, and keep losing and are the very definition for losers

No.... dammit but the minimum we can expect is to carry a tournament triumph forward and some momentum, retain the psychological upper position, select right teams and at least FIGHT in the matches, not go down like slithering crawling worms like today

Gambit, We dont expect a series win from India. The expectation is that out of the 6 matches (forget the rained one), we win atleast 2 of them, come close to winning the 3rd. But more importantly, we dont give spineless performances. So, 2 wins + 1 close match + reasonable fight in other matches That's the ask from Indian team! Not these type of performances please!

The top order is entirely responsible for our 0-5 loss. Just take one look at what they have done in the series: 1st ODI : 0-1 ( match result = washed out , but actually LOST, we all know it) would have been another 15-3 and a slaughter but rain saved ) 2nd ODI : 58-2 ( Gambhir 7, Tendulkar 16, Match Lost) slaughtered 3rd ODI 13-3 ( Gambhir 6, Uthappa 0 Dravid 0 Match Lost) Slaughtered 4th ODI ( should have been 15-3, but 91-1 couresy Umpire: Match=squaked thru,but Lost really) 5th ODI ( 43-5 Everyone 0 or single digit) Match LOST ( slaughtered ) Top stars performances ( Big 3 ) Tendulkar :0, 16, 43, 79( 3 times out), 47 ( not a single matchwinning innings, ) Dravid : 31, 0, 13, 0 ( what can I say ???) Ganguly 41, 0 ( no impact in any way, barely face saving, not even just) And I have not even come to the middle order, younger players, bowlers etc. But after all these big 3 are the MOST experienced, skilful, highest paid matchwinningmega stars right ? Its our money that they get. we are paying and I want to know what the biggest receivers of our money have done for that ??
