Impressed by Pakistan's team bowling attack

These guys have to be given lot of credit, Every bowler coming thru their ranks has shown the ability to take wickets. They have been deprived of playing at home and still are producing very good players. Their rebuilding is always on easier side if they find one batsmen whom they can build their batting around they can compete with any team anywhere. Conversely Young Indian batting has little hope of being on a winning away from home in tests as they have to carry an abysmal bowling attack which has no chance of picking up 20 wickets regularly in test match. More so they are led by a captain who think bowling 146 overs with old ball is better than taking new ball.

Bilawal Bhatti, Junaid Khan, Anwar Ali. I dont know why they dropped Anwar Ali and took Rahat Ali instead for the SL series. Junaid is the most impressive.

it seems it does not matter who they pick they all seem to do the job, their trundlers are also capable of winning test matches, I still remember one trundler winning a test for them in NZ forgot his name.

They just churn out wicket-taking pacer after wicket-taking pacer. Impressive and makes us indian fans jealous at times. All we want is a few good pacers and better management and selection. Props to pak for giving them the chance.

lol we (pak) would gladly trade some of our bowlers for the likes of Pujara or Vijay. Unless Pakistan improve their batting, we are not winning any tours in SA or Aus. India has the opposite problem. Hopefully Shami will come good for you guys. Need to back Yadav, you need a guy who can bowl round about 90 mph

They are a very stong bowling unit and precicely the reason Pakistan will always be a very dangerous side. You might find them inconsistent but you can never count them out only due to their bowling. I am quite amazed with the kind of bowlers they keep on producing day in and out. Even in the heat of middle east its great to see bowlers running in and bowling at 140+ consistently. Junaid Khan will trouble all the teams for few years to come due to his accuracy and seam position. Even their new bowlers like Bhatti, Anwal Ali looks classy. A fantastic bowling unit and I am amazed India dont even produce a decent fast bowler.

to be honest our pace attack is quite average, Junaid is good but he is and never would be world class, Bhatti is an average pacer and Rahat Ali isnt that impressive either

this is average attack but doing good. batting is their problem. their bowling let them down once in 20 games.

I agree. Since Pak has an assembly line of fast bowler’s, the competition is very tough. No bowler can take his spot for granted in the team let alone playing 11.

Well - while India may not be producing them like padosis, but we don't even select the few with potential. We keep selecting Ishant Sharma. People like Pankaj Singh who has consistently displayed "wicket taking" ability are not selected? What can they do? For all rounder - we can try Rishi Dhawan - a chance at least - but we select son binny. Selectors are corrupt and MSD is Rhiti. Even if selectors select one or two with potential in squad - MSD will make them sit out of the playing 11. Even for NZ, only ZK and IS will be in the 11 and others will sit out. Like he made Rahane sit for several series while he selects his favorites like Raina or Yuvi or Ishant Sharma et al.

Junaid khan and bhatti make a great combo. Bowl 135+ pretty accurately for 50+ overs is hard to deal with on any kind pitch expecially against weaker batting attacks like sri lanka. They just need to find a better 3rd pacer in test cricket. Shami and Varun would be similar if they bowled together in test cricket. Plus 135+ late swing of yadav. But were stuck with old man zaheer and the choosen one Ishant for another couple of series at least.

Pakistan pace bowling attack bar Junaid is crap, even Bangbros have more ammunition. Their spinners, I agree are brilliant.
