Keeping in all 3 formats, doing uncountable no of squats before each delivery. That second innings of NZ lasted 210 overs and keeping for that no of overs is no joke. He has amazing fitness level to have not been injured in the last 8-10 months(The last time was in the tri series in WI) despite playing so much - keeping and batting are physically exhausting while captaining is mentally exhausting. All he's to do is to quit playing test cricket and leave the team in the hands of a potential capable captain... With no Dhoni and Raina, this is probably the weakest Indian team since the turn of millennium. Heading into Asia Cup it will be a tough challenge for this India A team.
