asterix
And this is their profession. Talent alone wont take them anywhere. They will have to practice a lot and improve on their skills. You cannot just wake up and start hitting right areas overnight without practice. You could be right... Our bowlers could be the least practicing lot among all teams.... Link to comment
renjith
Scheduling 5 test series for a team with the worst bowling line-up amoung test playing nations (except bang and arguably sl) is utter foolishness. Max test india should play in a series is 3. If shami is not fit, best strategy will be to abandon the series. Link to comment
rkt.india
You could be right... Our bowlers could be the least practicing lot among all teams.... It is evident when Ishant coming up and bowling no balls after no balls. It would not have been the case if he was practicing. I doubt he even picked the ball after IPL and before Ist warmup. express bowling
From this article it seems like Dhoni's first choice seamers are Shami, BK and Ishant. If anyone is injured, Dhoni will play Pankaj. Link to comment
FischerTal
and umesh is worse than this bowling lineup Link to comment

Ishant Sharma ****ed it up! 27-2-189-0 including 36 No balls! India unstable after a brisk start! Anderson tooks 4 crucial wickets of Pujara, Kohli, Gambhir and Rahane! Broad cleans up the tail! Vilander
and umesh is worse than this bowling lineup That is the biggest joke ever in cricket, Umesh definitely would have picked up a couple of wickets. This is just insane, Selectors, Dhoni and Fletcher have no idea about fast bowling. Wish someone like Saurav was the chairman.. Link to comment
Detonator
England's bowling isn't as threatening as SA or NZ. Every Indian batsman shld contribute. Can't comment abt bowling :(( Link to comment
Vilander
I wonder why Ashwin is not looping or is he looping it but not getting any spin out of the track.. this is perplexing we needed him and Shami now more than ever to save this series. #gayibhainspaanimein Link to comment
ThePhenomenal1
dhoni is the biggest anchor to us winning, and not a test match anhor! i mean he is keeping us down. if he rotates bowlers sensibly, and attacks, we have a chance. let dravid mentor the bowlers. with dhoni, you either get a really short spell (shami) or a long one (bhuvi, pankaj) Link to comment
ThePhenomenal1
R Ashwin, who seems likely to sit out of the first Test, bowled only seven overs, and had a sharp chance dropped by Virat Kohli at first slip. What is up with kohli and dropped catches? move somewhere else and let someone else catch Link to comment
