Supreme Court Judge to the opposing counsel."There is substantial evidence aganist the 4 before us" Srini ke lagg gaaye.
Hope this is true and Srini is finally removed from Sports (not just cricket) forever. As for players - hope everyone named, irrespective of how big a star that player is, is banned from ALL cricket related activities (means commentary/coaching also) forever.

If the report has indicted him.In all probability the SC will take cognizance of it and punish them.
So what will happen to binny. Will it be like what happened to azhar and jadeja ?
We dont even know what he was accused of.May be conflict of interest.Who knows?

so what now criminal prosecution or?
Have been asked to submit their objections to the report in 4 days.Have to be present in person before the SC on 24th NOV. Dont think their can be criminal prosecution, but a ban from cricket activities cant be ruled out.
But will there be any criminal prosecution.I doubt that.
This is not a criminal litigation.

No' date=' the indicted players will provide their arguments.[/quote'] No player has been asked to provide arguments. Only the 4 non players have been asked to file their reply in 4 days. And SC will hear the case again on 24th. It may well be.They can be tried for cheating and its upto the SC to decide what charges to be filed. But at the minimum a ban from cricket looks forthcoming.
