Texy
Heartbreaking. He would've turned 26 on Sunday. Forever 63 N.O. at SCG. Hope Sean Abbott retains his sanity after this. It will never be the same for him after this. Link to comment

Precambrian
I don't know what to say. Just still in shock. Such a talented and committed person. When he was dropped from the team, he actually flew down to India to meet Sachin Tendulkar to get tips from him. Such commitment, for nothing?? Life's so cruel. Link to comment
India-KXIP fan
Moment of impact. RIP Phil Hughes. This is so unlucky. Link to comment
Precambrian
Commentators will think once before they '' applaud'' a bowler for hitting the batman with a Bouncer from now on. And also sensitivitize all who mock people who can't play it well. Cricket isn't simple, and cricket isnt just a game anymore. Oh god. Link to comment
Switchblade
R.I.P PHIL :(( really sad to hear this news when I read that he was in coma was a shock in itself.Feel bad for Abbot as well. Link to comment
BeautifulGame
Chetan Narula ‏@chetannarula 8m8 minutes ago Adelaide, South Australia Day1 of tour match b.w Cricket Australia XI n India at Adelaide Oval tomorrow has been abandoned. No decision on day2 /Test series #IndvsAus Given the gravity of the situation authorities promptly postponed the practice match between India and a Cricket Australia XI, which was due to begin on Friday at Adelaide Oval. The intention is for the two-day match to be played on Saturday and Sunday but that will not be confirmed until Friday at the earliest. The mindset of players due to be involved, many of whom played with and against the left-hander, will be influential in that decision. Link to comment
