velu Posted December 27, 2014 Share Posted December 27, 2014 HYDERABAD: The a fake godman also known as the "kissing baba" who hugged and kissed women devotees to treat their illness and solve other problems, has been arrested in Andhra Pradesh, police said on Friday. He was on Thursday arrested in Proddatur town of Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. Police produced him before a court, which sent him to judicial custody for two weeks. The court also referred him to a mental hospital as he appears to have unsound mind. Police said they also arrested Subba Reddy who was popularizing the fake saint among the people in the district. He used to tell people that the baba can remove their affliction and solve financial and domestic problems. dmvHDTrBZgA The bogus godman was operating for the last two months from a room behind Ayyappa temple in the town. Police swung into action after some television channels beamed shocking visuals of the man kissing and hugging women devotees. He used to give only a lemon to men but misbehave with women. Baby producing babas Disease curing - some like swallowing fish curing Aasthma Prevent bad things from happening But is clairvoyance a crime if some believe in it? People's minds get distracted from their problem while completing the job that Nirmal Baba asked them to do and since they have faith in Baba, it also works as placebo effect. People like Asaram who exploit them in a way that it harms people are bad... Also babas exist in Islam too. They also exploit just like any other babas. Heard of lal kitab for ex.? He has crores of turn over and many many offices, mostly desperate people come to them.
