I take it from where gaurav left and welcome you all to the Real-Game-Begins Thread. Summary of the game: Applications for ownership is @150 billz (this game requires just a registration charge and no money afterwards). However, the registration charges are non-refundable and wont be refunded if you miss out on a team. The prize money will be around 5 trillz and the winner takes it all. Each team can be sold to a single ICFer or a tag team of 2 ICFers. This game is about forming teams of 12 players (with some rules). You need to select 8 players from Top 8 teams and have to compulsorily select 4 players from the associate teams as well. These 8 players will again have to be selected according to a rule set. However, the 4 players from associate nations can be selected haphazardly. Player auction coming in 3 phases to reduce efforts Phase 1: Auctioneer 1 Pool: Eurasia (EA) Teams: Ind,Pak,SL,Eng Players under hammer: 60 Limitation: Each team to buy at least 3 players from this pool. Phase 2: Auctioneer 2 Pool: Rest of World (ROW) Teams: Aus,SA,WI,NZ Players under hammer: 60 Limitation: Each team to buy at least 3 players from this pool. Phase 3: Auctioneer 1 Pool : Associates Teams: All associates and affiliates Players under hammer: Each of the team owners to disclose me the list of 6 buys they are looking for. So that makes 48 eligible players + suggestion for players during auction also welcome. So 48 + suggested players!!! Limitation: Each team to buy at least 4 players from this pool. Any of the 2 teams willing to buy him will start bidding at hiss base price of 10 billz and will continue to place their subsequent bids until one of them backs out. After that a new team can enter the bid by saying 'yes'. A mock auction will be conducted for a sample player to make this more clear. 4. Unnecessary comments and spamming will not be tolerated. Zero tolerance policy will be followed regarding this and a team owner will be debarred from team ownership. Kindly cooperate. 5. The maximum minimum and total player rules are : Minimum 4 from "Associates", and minimum of 3 each from Eurasia and RoW are mandatory. 7. Team owners are requested to decide amongst themselves who will bid in the auction as bids from only one member (in case of joint ownership) will be accepted. Also, in case of joint ownership if a wrong bid is placed by a bidder, the other person may object and use "Strike Out" option to take back his partner's call on any play (his bid). Every team has two strike outs (only available for team with multiple owners). 8. The auction will be held on Sunday 25th January 2015 at 3:00 pm IST at ICF Chat room. 9. In case a team owner becomes incapable to get in all the players within their budget, I shall have to forcefully fit in the players into his team. 10. In case of any clash, we shall have voting for the decision. Here the auctioneer will phrase the question and the team owners will vote just by saying 'yes' or 'no'. 11. In case of any and all circumstances, my decision will be final and binding on all.

Since there are 210 players available, why not make it teams of 15 players - 10 from top teams and 5 from associates. Total of 8 teams of 15 players would still be only 120 players. Just a suggestion...

how 88?each team has 15 players so top 8 has 120 players' date='80 out of 120 is good.[/quote'] But of the 120 only the 88 in the first XI will be sure of getting max games, for eg. binny will hardly get a game. If we have reduced no. only then competition for the players will be high and also auction can be completed in reasonable time IMO. What say?

Everything in OP. Get your ownership registered and obtain a number(for ex 1,2,3 etc.) for yourself. After that an online sequence generator will be run depending if we get to see more than 8 ICFers. I will display the screenshot of result here. If the no. Assigned to u appears in that screenshot, u get a team ownership and you are then eligible for the player virtual auction and you can buy players as per your virtual purse(amount 500 billz: u don't have to pay this but you have to buy players within that budget). But remember the one time non refundable registration charges u pay me won't be refunded if u miss out on a team. So, all the best n hopefully u all get a team!

Also are Bangladesh included in associates?
