Cricketics
Who's coming? Lot of legends coming and I think those of us in North American who regret missing so many events, have a great chance to watch all these legends.I just booked my ticket for the game on Nov 7 which is at New York Mets stadium. You can book it from here http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/ticketing/group_offers.jsp?group=cricketor if you are planning to go to La or Houston game, book it from their respective websites. So who all from ICF are planning to come? I already see lot of interest among my friends in my area. I think the tickets will be sold out really fast, especially for the New York game. King
$150 a ticket, that's a rip off. The organizers are being quite greedy here. If you want to promote cricket in US shouldn't the ticket costs be set lower? $50 is reasonable I think. Link to comment
fineleg
Yes $50 would have been reasonable. Are they too greedy? or they count on American Indians spend a lot (which is true). Link to comment
coffee_rules
$150 for watching senior citizen cricketers - I can watch them on commercials and Sports TV programs sitting in my living room. for free Link to comment

With desi bakhras like you on the East coast, a sellout crowd to see senior citizens huffing and puffing to run, bowl and bat is a possibility. I wouldn't even pay $50 to go see this old age home charity match. Cricket is never going to be popular or recognized in the US. American sports is already overcrowded with several major leagues - NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS........Waste of time trying to market it!!!! Link to comment
Wasim9211
I used to lived in usa ,3 hours drive from my house to the first Game, I am glad I am in india, this year.i would loves to see playerslike pollard,Bravo, bret Lee,vittory, kallis, sangakara,Gayle playing in usa not star xl. who not even playing presently in any format , some of them not even purchase by anyone in IPL. Cricketics
I know they are all retired but some of these just retired recently. I mean I was waiting to watch a cricket match from ages. I haven't seen a single game in years since I have left India. This is my lucky chance to see some of the greats of the game whom I never got to watch. I don't mind spending 175 bucks for once in a lifetime chance to watch some of my favorite players from upclose. Edited October 14, 2015 by Cricketics Link to comment
Ironhide
$50, $75 and $100 tickets are also available if people want to book cheaper tickets: http://cricketallstars2015.com/. What i want to know is the Indian Broadcast partner for these 3 matches. Link to comment
sage
Ajit Agarker listed amongst the stalwarts? Wow. I'm sure he peed himself Link to comment
Laaloo
$75 seats are too far. Worth spending $350 on this? I'll be in Houston. The match in NYC will suck because the players will be freezing their asses off. Link to comment

Ironhide
For the New York game, All the $50 tickets have sold-out and even most of the $75 tickets are gone, so there seems to be decent interest by public, if anybody comes across the official Indian Broadcast partner then do post on this thread.Link for New York tickets: http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/ticketing/group_offers.jsp?group=cricketFor other location tickets, check out the official AllStars website: http://cricketallstars2015.com/ Link to comment
