Vijay Hazare Trophy 2015

Recommended Posts

MS it seems has decided that no matter how his team plays, he wants to bat and bat. Bad omens before the Aus series. We want the match winner Dhoni not the accumulator. I hate this batting.

He is definitely not the same but he had no option yesterday. The JHA batting was pathetic, whatever he scored was with the help of tailenders. The only thing he could have gained is some batting practise. Even when one tailender stuck with him he got a howler.

India should regularly send young team such as India green, india red and India blue or Indian Tiger team outsides  to  play multiday games  so they can preserve talents in the likes of Vijay shankar,G.Satish, sundar, pant etc.otherwise IPL  and other sources ruled out their talent.

I think Manish Pandey is not the same player as he promises sometimes ago.I believe oz tour is his last chance

Pinch hitter Balaji out for a duck :hysterical: BK & PK are wreaking havoc - 23/4. UP should've bowled first.

No bowling 2nd has been more helpful here. Even yesterday, pace bowlers got more bounce and pace afternoon from the pitch.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar was swinging the ball nicely, good to see him back to his best along with new-found death bowling expertise, provides good control and swing bowler option for limited overs cricket.

What is Bhuvi's speed this match?

Problem is - experienced international batsmen will not get troubled at dibbly-dobbly 120-124k swing.

Bhuvi was bowling at 128-135k, he can crank it up to 140-142k now for death bowling, you need movement to trouble the International batsmen and even a 150k bowler will be carted around if he is bowling gun barrell straight in International cricket.

In-fact even Praveen Kumar was bowling nicely, the ball was moving straight out of his hand and was troubling the batsmen even at 124-126k, Bhuvi has made PK obsolete now but still if there is an England or New Zealand series i will unleash both the Kumars on them to get them to 50/5 score by lunch.

If our fast bowlers can get even 50% of ball skills of Praveen Kumar, they will become world-beaters, Umesh Yadav is improving with confidence now. Hopefully, Dhoni does not destroy his confidence against Australia. I sort of don't want Umesh to play under Dhoni.
