sandeep
For not giving a $80 million Diwali gift to PCB. Now that they have some pain and consequences in a language they understand ($$$) maybe they can go crying to their government and ask them to stop playing games and actually prosecute murderers, so that Indian Government will give them a chance to make some real $$. sscomp32, Ironhide and Rasgulla 3 Link to comment
maniac
Is Playing Pakistan a big deal to us even a big deal anymore? I don't think the revenues generated from a Pak series especially the ODI's and T20's are different from say playing Aus,S.A or even the more current exciting versions of England and Newzealand.Test matches the said truth is no one gives a fk about them outside this forum or the hardcore cricket fan so doesn't matter if it is a test against Pak or Zimbabwe. So yeah screw them adi B 1 Link to comment

rkt.india
It was a Pak home series, so, BCCI had no benefit out of it, but Pak did lose a lot of money. Link to comment
Rightarmfast
I am not so ecstatic. More than the boards, its the cricket fans who have lost. No matter how much they fight us against Sachin , Dravid , Srinath and the likes, Pakistani fans deserved this series. They have done nothing wrong to be deprived of it. vijay50, Debutant, kira and 1 other 4 Link to comment

sandeep
What an ignorant comment. What do PCB and Pak player have anything to do with LeT or terrorists responsible for 26/11? Not directly. But most Pakistanis will admit that they are just fine with Zaki Lakhvi and the 26/11 terrorists not being punished, just as most Pakistanis are fine with Lashkar-e-Toiba having an Infosys like "campus" in Muridke. Again, the larger point here is, that denying Pakistan the financial benefits from this series, creates some much needed leverage and consequences for Pakistan. They wont care too much if Indian government is upset about 26/11 terrorists not being punished and complains about it. But they will certainly care when they lose out on major $$$. On a non-cricket related note, Modi govt followed the same tactic with the border firing escalation. Create a pain-point and negative consequences for Pakistan when they try to support border infiltration by providing cover-fire etc. I'm not a Modi fan, quite the opposite. But their Pakistan policy is something that deserves respect and credit. Edited December 16, 2015 by sandeep sscomp32, Ironhide and adi B 3 Link to comment

sandeep
Dunno what's worse.Low class comments or not realizing what is low class. You are entitled to your opinion, and others are entitled to disagree. Its honest to state a level of entertainment when seeing chest-beating and frustration from your rivals - you may call it low class, others may call it schaudenfraude whatever. sscomp32 1 Link to comment
