Dhoni's captaincy skills in terms of man management are non-existent. He has no idea of how to bring the best out young players or those trying to break into the team. Now that he is almost finished as a player you would think he would want to leave behind a positive legacy but in old age he has become a liability. In today's game he brings nothing new to the table apart from tired and incoherent rantings.

Between his comments about our domestic cricket being not as good as Aussies is spot on .

They have 6 best teams playing meaning the standard is high .Whereas in Ranji with 27 teams it is spread too thin and that competitive .

We should make Duleep trophy the premier competition and treat Ranji trophy like the grade cricket in Australia .

^ Regarding Sran - he bowled decent, not great. But certainly should be trained and given more opportunities to learn and grow. His wickets (3) were not the typical LBW, Bowled or caught behind/slips. More of batsmen trying to score and getting out. Nevertheless a good debut.
