gakgupta
I have been seeing him from last few matches and he has played some very sensible innings this season. He has been picky with his shot selection....looks like he has come off age..... Moreover, he has hit both pacers and spinner unlike before... Whether he deserves a place in Indian team is debatable but he is becoming mature but little too late tweaker

So it is too soon to comment anything yet... tweaker
The Realist
Youchup is nearly 34 - this is his first good season in many years. Has been a passenger for so long. Not really a solution for anything. tweaker
express bowling
I don't think age should be that big an issue. It is better to have a player doing really well for 5 years than having an average player for 15 years. Australia has introduced Adam Voges at 36 and boy is he doing well. Not saying Pathan is as good as a 36 year old Voges but he can fit thge role of a LOI finisher better than many, provided he is playing maturely. Texy
And compare that to Irfan and his giant fall from grace. At least yuchup can be called an IPL legend. Irfan is nothing now.
