kosingh
There is no hope for Pakistan. Reporting an approach is the easiest thing to do, and that a failure to do so is a significant violation of the Anti Corruption Code should be well known to international cricketers. The allowable sanctions range from a minimum ban of 6 months to a maximum of 5 years, and a mandatory provisional suspension until a verdict has been delivered after a trial. The players receive an abundance of education these days about what constitutes a violation of the Anti Corruption Code, so pleading ignorance is hardly a believable defense. Link to comment

Asim
"We were wary about anything like this and that's why we were extra vigilant, and we had also beefed up our security and anti-corruption unit. We were using other resources to keep an eye on everything, and then we got evidence that some wrongdoing is underway and then we took action. We are guarding against corruption and we will be ready to take action any time, any day against anyone who is going to damage PSL", Sethi "They must understand that if they even think they may have been the subject of a suspicious approach, it is their obligation under the PCB Anti-Corruption Code to report it to an appropriate anti-corruption official as a matter of urgency. Under no circumstances will the PCB condone actions of a few individuals to bring disrepute to the game of cricket or taint the image of Pakistan", Shaharyar Link to comment
King Tendulkar
You reap what you sow Pakistan. On all fronts Had guys who disgraced country(if you can call pak a country). But while in exile people like aamer treated as heroes, in fact at the time it was all denied by paks as some great conspircay. Then excuses trotted out and welcomed back with open arms. No other country would have let them play agin on prinicple, yet in pak fans jubiliant they returned. Wahab guilty as hell. Nothing happneded and pak fans love him. What a joke So players see this, and see no real punishemnet, so of course more do this. No deterent. Reap what you sow No doubts sharjeel will seem even better more dont play, the saviour of pak when he retunrs will be lard arse. Yet facts are is a fat slogger. Just like paks and its people for decades support and help jihadis kill and destroy. Yet when they turn on their own in even more vicious ways pak claim victim. But still continue to fund and supoort jihadis and increase even more their self harm. Thick. You reap what you sow chewy, Lord, randomGuy and 1 other 4 Link to comment

Mosher
LOL some Pak fans want the PCB to not punish Sharjeel even if he is guilty because he has "tailunt" and it will be a big loss for Pak in CT. jusarrived and New guy 2 Link to comment
G_B_
Credit to PCB for flushing this out. They must be given credit on this count. The problem these lower leagues which pay **** to players for participation are always going to be targets. It even happened in the IPL where RR who pay the players the least among franchises were the hardest hit. In the ICL the entire Lahore Badshahs team was basically inducted. That team featured people like Inzi who is now involved in the main setup sandeep and New guy 2 Link to comment
