  1. Wimbledon 2017

Equivalent age for Federer (i.e 2011): Federer stopped an absolute peak Djokovic in his tracks at the FO and nearly again at the USO; destroyed Nadal en route to the WTF. Djokovic this year: getting spanked by Istomin, Kyrgios, Kyrgios, Goffin, Thiem bagel, Berdych, Zverev....clearly he's not Federer.
  2. Tennis :2017 season

Hope Nadal doesn't vulture an undeserved number 1.
  3. Wimbledon 2017

Anyone without an agenda knows that Federer is slower than he was at his peak. You only have to make him run from side to side and it is noticeable. Most of the field today is incapable of doing that. The only one who could do it in the last few years has been Djokovic at his absolute best and guess who Federer lost most of his big matches to in recent years....

So this Wafa fangirl says Federer is better physically than he was at 25 and calls me a retard. Hilarious! It's what Roger's results have done to the collective fanbases of both the MTO abusers and time wasters. Federer's is so good physically that he skipped the entire clay season and has to schedule smartly in order to remain fit. Really sound logic. About par for those who make sly insinuations and then back out when called out on it. I love the salt. What a time to be a Federer fan!
  5. Wimbledon 2017

Ignore him. He's a Nadal fan troll in absolute ruins over the result. It is pretty obvious what he is trying to imply without having the guts to say it openly.
  6. Wimbledon 2017

The GOAT. Thankfully, despite all the MTO abusing and abuse of time violation rule, he has left Djokovic and Nadal in the dust. Looking forward to see those 2 so-called mental warriors and strong era champions find out what it is like to be 30+. Bones and other Djokovic fans (including some Rafa fans) kept saying Federer's losses to Djokovic from 2014-2016 was not age related at all. in 2011, when Federer was as old as Djokovic now, he cleaned the ball bouncer's clock at RG and should have done so again at the USO and this was ball bouncer at his absolute peak. Novack at a similar age is getting destroyed by Kyrgios, Berdych, Thiem, Istomin etc. Hoping for some more of the same.
  7. Wimbledon 2017

Number of slams Djokovic won when Federer was aged 30 or more: 9 (out of 12) Federer's age when Djokovic first beat him in a slam final: 32(almost 33) Federer's age when Djokovic finally got the h2h lead: 34.5 Federer dominates both where it matters. Has more Wimbledons than both the time wasters put together(7 vs 5) Has more USOs than both MTO abusers put together(5 vs 4) Has more WTFs than both combined (6 vs 5) Has won multiple AOs on both surfaces unlike moonballer and gymnast who could only win on plexi. I understand that Nadal fans and Novak fans are in absolute ruins over this. Hopefully #8 on Sunday will send them back into their caves forever.
  8. Wimbledon 2017

Look I agree there is no real debate even now, but another Wimbledon would zip up the rabid Novak fans and Rafa fans for some time at least.
  9. Wimbledon 2017

Reading social media posts, Djokovic and Nadal fans have gone into an absolute meltdown. How I wish the time violation rule was strictly enforced and the courts were not horrendously slowed down and dubious MTOs disallowed, both of them would have won at least 5 slams less.
  10. Wimbledon 2017

19 would shut the GOAT debate once and for all. Let's go Federer!
  11. I've been reading a lot of posts on social media and elsewhere about how Younis Khan is an ATG,better than Dravid etc. This includes views from some extremely knowledgeable and objective cricket fans (big names such as Bilal7 etc). I looked at Younis Khan's final average outside the subcontinent and I was not so surprised to find that he averages 39.14 with 6 100s despite his dead rubber ton vs Australia after being wrongly reprieved very early in his innings : in comparison, the 3 ATG batsmen from the subcontinent all average above 50 over a bigger sample size. For comparison here's how some others stack up against Younis Khan outside the subcontinent (excluding Zim): 1)Ravi Ashwin: Average 35.27, 2 tons 2)Kohli (who apparently cannot play pace, bounce or movement unlike King Khan) : Average 46.16 with 8 tons 3)Dhawan (a reknowned FTB) : Average 29.91 with 1 ton (indicating that King Khan is closer to Dhawan than to Dravid) 4)Dhoni (wicket-keeper with not much of note outside the SC as a batsman) : Average 29.79, no tons (again, King Khan closer to Dhoni in terms of averages outside the SC than to Dravid) I understand it's good to be polite and appreciate someone's achievements, but let's not inflate YK's resume to levels it does not deserve. He was a very good player of spin, FTB outside home conditions who was more in the Ashwin range outside the SC than the Gavaskars, Tendulkars and Dravids.
  12. Why have you started talking to yourself on a public forum? :o
  13. Pakistan in West Indies 2017

4 tareekh ke baad tunay idher say gayab hou jana hei, chorr bhai kyun pangay ley raha hei.
  14. This is not true over a large sample size. If you're good enough over a career you will definitely have the stats to show for it. Stats which have matches won as a criterion in them will be biased if a good player plays for a weak team, but overall individual stats are representative. Aamir averages nigh on 32 over 28 tests. That is definitely representative. In fact you could even argue that it flatters him. He's bowled in 6 countries and aside from the current series against a woeful West Indies side and one in England before his ban in extremely bowling friendly conditions(which YK conveniently skipped) he has done jack diddly squat. His lowest average outside of England(and this current West Indies series) is 36+. He's played 10/28 matches in England which is disproportionate. His stats will only get worse.
  15. I never said YK as a batsman is comparable to Ashwin or Rohit Sharma. I said outside the SC he's as close to Rohit Sharma as he's to Dravid and again, outside the SC he's in the same class as Ashwin. There are very few batsmen better than him at racking hundreds in 600 vs 600 drawn test matches in Lahore and Karachi, there's no denying that. Sangakkara is an interesting case. He has only as many 40+ averaging series as Rahane (give or take) outside the SC and that is an incredible stat. I'd rate Dravid comfortably above Sanga, he averages almost a full 10 points outside the SC. Amla is definitely in tier 3 and not tier 2. Agree with the rest though.
  16. Off topic comments

Predictably, the people who use Lahori logic like Iconoclast to rate YK as an ATG are not pleased with my post for exposing their FTB and down repping posts
  17. Rohit Sharma averages 24.94. So basically, King Khan is as close to Rohit Sharma as he is to Dravid.
  18. A handful in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Islamabad.
  19. That's fair enough but we've known about his retirement for a while now and he has already finished his last innings. The overrating of his abilities doesn't help either, have to keep things in perspective. For example when Zaheer Khan retired (who was a great bowler for us in his own right in a manner similar to what YK the batsman is to Pak), there was no one calling him better than Wasim Akram, etc.
  20. A lot of bleating goes around about how close India-Pak have been even since 2003 and h2h records are disingenuously used for this. However India have totally raised their game in the big tournaments which are the grand slams of cricket. In the last 5 years starting from 2011, India have won 2 ICC trophies which is equivalent to what Pak have done in their lifetime. Significantly, India went through Pakistan in both these tournaments (unlike Pakistan in 1992 and 2009) and both runs were dominant with the Ct run being unbeaten(no rain saving them there with the opponent needing 70 odd to win..). Thoughts?
  21. Overall H2H is 85-67 in Pakistan's favour including all formats. There I reminded you! Always ready to help our needy brothers across the border :D Now I'd like to remind you a few more things: In the most important part of the H2H, India have an unblemished record vs Pakistan. It is all well and good to have a H2H record on the basis of coca cola, pepsi, lahori dal cups but it is what you do on the big stage that counts. It would be like leading the H2H vs someone at ATP250 level but pissing themselves at the grand slams. Moving on, India have won TWICE the number of World Cups as Pakistan (and didn't have to rely on rain bailing them out in either edition) and did it a full decade before Pakistan did. Moreover, India have won 2 Champions Trophies (1 each in the SC and England) whereas Pakistan have won 0. India have won 6 Asia Cups to Pakistan's 2. India have also won test series in more countries, have a better record IN Australia/SA in tests. I understand it feels good to graduate from Lahore grammar school and throw around numbers but context is important otherwise you will end up like Bilal7.
  22. If India can win the Champions Trophy this year, they will have won more ICC trophies since 2011 than Pakistan since 1947

Good - it is best you choose to call it a day after being exposed for being a liar. Your modus operandi seems to be throwing around lies and insults hoping no-one calls you out on them. I'd have thought you'd have learned your lesson after muloghonto and some of the others owned you but clearly you still try your thing from time to time. As for scars, 18>14. Even the useless H2H metric now actually has Federer leading Rafa on 2 surfaces. Chum jetze :D
  24. Tennis :2017 season

Nice try. Firstly, I've never said anything like that about Nadal, so you're lying through your teeth. Not the first time for you of course so that's par for the course. Secondly, I am really enjoying the meltdown of Nadal tards such as yourself. When there is no 40 seconds between points, the moonballing grunter is not able to take it to others. Finally, I am really enjoying the childish insults you throw my way and the ad hominem attacks. Of course it is a way for you to release your frustration so that's great news. To see Nadaltards such as yourself having a glorious meltdown is the best thing ever. Federer is GOAT, deal with it. P.S No-one called Federer old in 2008..he had mono in 2008 and a back injury in 2013. He actually played through with problems unlike Nadal which inflated the already surface skewed H2H. They played 8 times over those 2 years and ONCE during Wimbledon 2014-WTF 2015.

As for Federer, I have mixed feelings about him skipping all 3 clay masters. He knows what's best for him and I understand that he needs rest after a full schedule starting January, but I'd really like to see him win Monte Carlo and Rome. At the very least he should play Madrid. I doubt he'll do much at the French Open. Might as well play a couple of clay masters and skip the FO. Just letting 3000 points go doesn't seem to be a great idea but obviously he doesn't want to risk fatigue and injury. He doesn't seem to care bout YE#1 either. He'll need another 6000 points to have an outside chance of ending YE1 and the bulk of the 6000 will have to come from Halle+Stuttgart+Wimbledon, U.S Open, Shanghai, Cincinnati, Basel, WTF.....the problem is he will have to win/go deep at each of those tournaments to even come close. He really needs to play Madrid or Rome + Paris or Montreal.
