  1. IPL Player Auction 2016 - 6 FEB . 351 Players under the hammer.

Even they will go for decent money, there is enough money to go around for all the good Indian players.
  2. IPL Player Auction 2016 - 6 FEB . 351 Players under the hammer.

Yup, the high price is justified due to low number of quality Indian bowlers available for the 8 teams, foreigners can't fill more than four slots in a team, it is all supply and demand.
  3. IPL Player Auction 2016 - 6 FEB . 351 Players under the hammer.

Don't know why people are surprised, Mohit and PK did well in previous IPL seasons, both have good accuracy and have restricted runs in the previous IPL seasons.
  4. ICC announces review of Big-3 restructuring

Good, Good news. Manohar is a brown noser who is on a self-promotion ego-trip, the three term ICC president criteria has been cleverly suggested by him to stick to that ICC post. BCCI member boards should remove this cancer ASAP, He is the worst thing ever to happen to Indian cricket administration .
  5. 'My best is yet to come' - Rohit

    It is Kohli not Kholi.
  6. Masters Champions League

Virender Sehwag, Sourav Ganguly and many other legends are taking part in this T20 tournament. Sehwag is still in decent form, so would be nice to see him bashing the bowling attacks. MCL should be better than All Stars as many recently retired players are in it vs the All Stars who used player in their 50s Dhoni is the brand ambassador of the Masters Champions League: The Team Squads: Libra Legends - Owner: Popcorn Sports and Entertainment Limited Jacques Kallis - $100,000 Brad Hogg - $68,000 Sourav Ganguly - Undisclosed Graeme Swann - Undisclosed Ryan Ten Doeschate - $76,000 Ajay Ratra - $20,000 Chris Read - $20,000 Sean Ervine - $60,000 Shaun Tait - $60,000 Ryan Sidebottom - $32,000 Taufeeq Umar - $28,000 Michael Lumb - $118,000 Marcus North - $30,000 Gemini Arabians - Owner: Nalin Khaitan Muttiah Muralitharan - $100,000 Kyle Mills - $42,000 Saqlain Mushtaq - $42,000 Virender Sehwag - Undisclosed Kumar Sangakkara - Undisclosed Jacques Rudolph - $58,000 Rana Naved-ul-Hasan - $38,000 Justin Kemp - $68,000 Paul Harris - $2222 Brad Hodge - $120,000 Richard Levi - $152,000 Ashish Bagai - $10,000 Shivnarine Chanderpaul- $30,000 Saqib Ali- $10,000 Sagittarius Soldiers - Owner: Orange Limited Adam Gilchrist - $100,000 Shane Bond - $30,000 Mahela Jayawardene - Undisclosed Daniel Vettori - Undisclosed Khurram Khan - $22,000 Phil Mustard - $26,000 Tino Best - $42,000 Nathan Hauritz - $20,000 Alviro Petersen - $28,000 Michael Carberry - $42,000 Virgo Super Kings - Owner: Rhiti Sports Brett Lee - $100,000 Jonty Rhodes - $40,000 Neil McKenzie - $52,000 Graeme Smith - Undisclosed Azhar Mahmood - Undisclosed John Mooney - $31,000 Dirk Nannes - $40,000 Owais Shah - $75,000 James Foster - $29,000 Murali Kartik - $52,000 Malinga Bandara - $35,000 Gareth Batty - $20,000 Hasan Raza - $20,000 Capricorn Commanders - Owner: Sohail Khan Paul Collingwood - $100,000 Andrew Symonds - $80,000 Chamara Silva - $30,000 Ashwell Prince - $39,000 Upul Chandana - $30,000 Michael Vaughan - Undisclosed Abdul Razzaq - Undisclosed Ryan McLaren - $64,000 Jeetan Patel - $56,000 Rikki Clarke - $42,000 Rory Kleinveldt - $32,000 Krishmar Santokie - $35,000 Ben Laughlin - $57,000 Rizwan Cheema - $16,000 Leo Lions - Owner: Manyata Dutt Brian Lara - $100,000 Herschelle Gibbs - $40,000 Brendan Taylor - $70,000 James Franklin - $62,000 Johan Botha - $46,000 Robin Peterson - $80,000 Fidel Edwards - $90,000 Scott Styris - Undisclosed Heath Streak - Undisclosed Mohammad Tauqir Neil Carter - $10,000 Hamish Marshall - $28,000 Kyle Jarvis - $28,000 Ramesh Powar - $40,000
  7. T20 squad for WC

Amit Mishra should have been selected, WC is in India, so a Leg spinner will provide a good option and variety to the bowling attack.
  8. ICC announces review of Big-3 restructuring

Who said? ICC said, they are going back to earlier model which was based on equal sharing of 4% by all ten test playing cricket boards. The noob questions you ask are hilarious as you have zero idea about both past and present revenue structure and just want to troll with " More money bad", " Too much money" like statements. From now I will avoid your foolish posts which lack any substance, try and troll someone else.
  9. The stupid No ads recommendation will lead to Indian cricket losing most of its revenues and cricketers back to being paid peanuts specially at the first class level. And the Ex-cricketers can also die on the streets with no pension. We Can also forget about construction of more International grade stadiums needed in more parts of the country.
  10. ICC announces review of Big-3 restructuring

The Big three was formed recently, so we cannot gauge anything in such short term, blindly pouring money or not you need massive amount of money to run a sport in a big country like India with financial burden of running huge number of first class teams, stadiums and a pension system which drains the bank. Leave all that and let us assume that we are burning this money in bonfire, even then why should we be satisfied with the paltry 4% revenue share which is the same as Pakistan, Bangladesh, West Indies etc.
  11. ICC announces review of Big-3 restructuring

Yup, for all his faults, Srini increased India's revenue cut from the paltry 4% to 21%. Dalmiya succeeding Srini was the ideal situation for India, but now this brownoser idiot wants us to go back to 4% share even after contributing 70%. Dalmiya remembered the olden days when India had to pay other countries to tour India and he understood the importance of money required to run cricket in such a huge country with so many first class teams and also ex-players on pensions unlike other cricket boards.
  12. ICC announces review of Big-3 restructuring

Any info on what will be done with the revenue sharing model? I would not like India getting back to that pathetic 4% share even after contributing 70%, Manohar is just going to harm the interest of his own cricket board and country to score brownie points. Wish Dalmiya was still here !!
  13. Ind-Oz Series - away from the spotlight

Good observation, these little contributions do end up making the big impact for the team.
  14. Dhoni pleased with allrounders stepping up

Gurkeerat is done for the short term, Pandya is bowling decent and has also impressed Dhoni with his bowling alone even without playing his usual hard hitting innings, so that place is sealed for the short term. The spin allrounder category is under the strong grip of Ravindra Jadeja, so no chances there too.
  15. We have the Sri Lanka series then the Asia cup matches to experiment if needed for the T20 World Cup in subcontinental conditions, at the moment just concentrate on smashing these arrogant Aussies.
  16. 2st T20I: Australia v India at Melbourne, Jan 29, 2016

Why are you calling Yuvraj fat? He has lost a lot of weight and is now and lean and mean machine again, Yuvi looks like he is in 20s with his new found fitness and look.
  17. Masters Champions League

Saqlain Mustaq is chucking away nicely.
  18. Masters Champions League

Sehwag took the team to 50 runs in 5 overs, just like he used to do for India in the past. Now, We are stuck with Dhawan and Sharma.
  19. Masters Champions League

  20. Some doctors say 6 months, some say 12 months. So, these days Indian Under 19 team is actually Under 19 due to these bone tests based age, much better than earlier times.
  21. 10k is a normal variation even for International bowlers, so 10-14k sounds about right for Under 19 kids.
  22. Bone Test is mandatory nowadays for Indian U19 team, so the max variation can be 1-2 years for a Under-19 Team player.
  23. Masters Champions League

Match starts Tonight at 9 PM India time on Sony Six and Sony Six HD. Dubai Time 7.30 PM. Match is between Libra Legends vs Gemini Arabians (Sehwag's captain)
  24. Site Feedback

The forum crawls even on my 30Mbps connection, can someone speed it up a bit, the earlier forum was much faster.
  25. Dhoni pleased with allrounders stepping up

The name is Virat Kohli not Kholi.
