In test matches, yes.  Outswing is more important in the first 20 overs or so.

If he comes as first change pacer in ODIs, which is the likely outcome, bounce is more important.

With his height bounce will never his forte.  It will be pace and outswing.  He could easily become a new ball bowler even in ODIs.  Like Nagarkoti someone who prefers bowling with older ball and sprays new ball and Mavi is am inswing bowler.

Pacer allrounder Sanvir Singh of Punjab scores 110  off  195 balls.

Any idea how fast Sanvir or Shivam Dubey bowls?

atm sanvir has a  very short run up and no real pace..medium pace at best. hits the pitch hard using the shoulders but not really threatening wrt to pace. action and follow thru is decent but overall bowling looks part time and mainly a batsman. not really tall either

Nalkande,Dube,Sanvir all three must be picked by some franchisee in IPL..at least a Thisara Perera coming out of these three would be good..long back I had high hopes from Abhimanyu Mithun, then Rishi Dhawan..:( both disappointed
