They will say wear this expensive jewel or something. They are just trying to make some sales or get a commission from the jewelry shop owner. I have a negative view on human nature which comes into full effect when it comes to predictive astrology and profits made from it. That's all I can tell you. Some people on the internet say moon/venus on the 7th house will give them a beautiful spouse and their interaction will be fluid. 7th house also means sex so the sexual interaction will be more pleasant. Moon usually represents mother (but matru karka in your chart needs to be assessed to which planet in your chart represents mother). Maybe your mother will get you married. Mars in first house is not considered good but since its your asc lord its ok. It makes your personality aggressive. I don't know if that makes any sense. Venus combust and debilitated means spouse may not look good/business ventures may not be successful. Again this contradicts my 7th house moon prediction which predicts beautiful spouse. But Mercury exalted can help Venus. Usually Mercury, Venus and Saturn form the Asuras and Sun, Moon, Mars and Jupiter form the Devas. So someone with Mars as ascendant lord would consider their group of planets to do well especially the ascendant lord. Did I confuse you enough already. Enough for now. These are other people's predictions. It doesn't work for me I'm also Scorpio asc with Mars in Leo in 10th house. Supposedly great placing of Mars my ascendant lord and that too in a fiery sign.
