This was the time either mayank cud have been continuity or gill cud have been given a chance . If kohli wud have rested all 3 cud have been played Shaw Mayank Gill this wud have given those guys continuity which is what this team needs. Small goals have been biggest issue under kohli, safe conservative approach of playing big players in such series have costed us in past and will in future also. Even if a young side looses to Sa it ill give them experience. Sa nyways isnt that same team anymore so why this safe approach SK_IH, Vk1, sergio04 and 2 others 5 Link to comment

Pant should not be given a game as I think he is part of Asia XI so he should get 2 games there. Dhawan selection is absurd but that also tells u about seniority culture in India.
