Kamruzzaman Sarkar aka Kamrul Shaikh aka Chain Man aka Meter Man 2 rape and murder, necrophilia 7 other murders, a few more rape/murder cases where he is the main suspect All victims school girls or middle age housewives Latest victim a class X girl who was tortured to death when she was alone at her home Would use pretext of taking electricty meter readings to enter houses Would use cycle chains to strangulate victims and insert in private parts, started in 2013 From Murshidabad (has 3 children), would operate in my district Burdwan Notorious serial killer, finally relief. Sentence must be carried out, human rights activitsts will do their usual dhandha...this brute was a monster, more than usual rapists/murderers.
