It’s not a bad thing If these guys focus on sports rather than other “adventures”

Probably because those "kids" are in their 30s.

 

And most u-19s fall by the wayside & few have substantial careers.

Look at the team Eng fielded, they are already in mission mode for 2023.

 

Even against Uganda-Z we will play our full strength side. Jaan bhi chale jaye, but kaptan saab won't miss out on scoring useless runs/100s against third rate opponents. 

 

2018 test tour failure was set up by our team selection in meaningless T20s, even against Ireland. To miss the services of Bhuvi in the one country where his skillset is most suited, clown TM.

I think senior players at times should be given a chance to improve their averages be it batsmen or bowler.

 

More than this youngster senior debate our team management bungles up basic logic.

 

For example they play Saha at home as a keeper calling him the best keeper in India but for tough overseas tour it’s Pant the same guy whom they claim doesn’t have the same level of standards in keeping. 
 

The whole no.4 thing was a disaster. They kept playing experienced and known commodities like DK,Jadhav,Raina,Rayudu,Yuvi but come World Cup they got in rookies like Pant,Mayank and Shankar and ended up playing Rahul at 4 who was in the side all along

 

I am ok if Kohli-Rohit bash some minnows to get their average up or Bumrah and co get some easy wickets but there should be a common sense approach to it which our cap and coach seem to be missing.

Difficult to take such an approach when they share the same brain cell and one of dumb & dumber is damaging that cell with off the charts levels of alcohol consumption.
