Rajiv
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/I_was_offered_cash_to_blow_up_Kanishka/articleshow/1982886.cms Recently at a Baisakhi Mela in Surrey, BC; some people were carrying photographs of the accused mastermind Talwinder Singh Parmar. It seemed a merry affair but the Canadian Intelligence has caught that and warned those folks. Relatives of the unfortunate ones ( both in India and the Airplane ) are still seeking justice as this case goes deeper than Sikh Militants, many are involved; some in thoughts, some in action Pity, its been 23 yrs Parmar Bio - http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/airindia/key_characters.html

Rajiv
Re: The Most Expensive Trial in Canadian History Very true Rads, it's been said that the matter has been dragged and evidence has been lost coz of deep Sikh roots in Canada, they have a big influence in BC atleast, no doubt about it At the same time, it's a big mark on Canadian Security; thus the case is still on and because it's to do with a different ethnicity, it has more headlines space
Guest dada_rocks
Re: The Most Expensive Trial in Canadian History In fact erstwhile PM sent condolences to India for loss of their citizens despite the fact that 99% of the killed had canadian passport. So don't be ashamed guys if u still have loyalty towards India despite becoming naturalized citizen of canada or some other country.
