And he is doing this after his stint under Nehra.  Siraj is bowling quicker, smoothened some of his issues and got his confidence back.

 

Umesh has got back some of his mojo after working under Nehra too. During the IPL, Umesh said that Nehra had told him to bowl quick and at the off stump. He did that in the IPL and succeeded. After moving away from Nehra, Umesh being Umesh, he has forgotten some of it, but still bowling much better than late 2017 and early 2018.

 

Nehra is definite India-bowling-coach material.

Most 18 year olds are not fast. Even Khaleel and Avesh were not. Regarding bowling action, disagree, the lad has a very strong side-on action very similar to Mitch Johnson and will get quicker as he grows and becomes stronger.

So far Umesh and Ishant have been bowling mid 130's. Disappointing. Hope they don't keep trundling.

Umesh has lost pace ,which came to him naturally,no one here in icf accepts that..Umesh will trundle for sure in a test match
