Shami

Fastest of 145 k and average of 140 k till his 12th over.

And 3 wickets in 12 overs.

He is only at his best when bowling out and out fast.

every one was criticising Shammi except for me and few other folks- this guy is  Special...a rock star.

A 145K ball with a 35 over ball not a brand new ball...

Our fast bowlers, including Shami , are too short to get bounce from a good length. Even if they are accurate, they are easier to hit. Contrast that to Woakes - 6'2", Jimmy - 6'2" and. Broad 6'5" and there is just no comparison .

Woakes is around 6'0".  Hussain and Holding were discussing yesterday that a medium height and medium sized guy like Woakes can still get a lot of purchase from the pitch due to rhythm and coordination of bowling action.

Ishant is 6'5"  and Hardik 6'1".

The batting conditions are far easier today and that has made a big difference.

Shami gets good bounce for his height ... But in England, he has not hit the deck hard as he normally does ... probably due to instructions from coach and co.

He is known for his hostile bouncers ... which he uses often in every series ... but we have hardly seen a good bouncer this series. Trying to chsnge bowling styles of bowlers is never a good idea.

One has 46 runs per wicket other has 38 run for a wicket. 2 do not even have wickets. The avg and sr are poor in scheme of things. Now whatever wickets are taken from here has become irrelevant as match is lost with lead of 97.

If the Englands takes the leads of the 150s or mores ... this games is the dones for us barrings the rains.
