I wont be surprised if money is flowing into Kashmir from Saudi through Pak. The question is do the Kashmiri non-secular extremists want to turn Kashmir, known for its Kashmiriyat, into this type of a Wahhabi state? If you are refering to Ind, it is a secular country. IIRC, Nepal is the only Hindu nation, Vatican the Christian one and Israel Jewish.
