Checked several prominent,active,vocal,”neutral” handles to look for outrage/sadness/or atleast plain mention of Neha(Punjab) and Arjumand(Kashmir) .. Found None or too little here and there.. Both the killings probably do not fit into set agendas..Feels terrible!!
