Predator_05
This will be their 4th straight win. I don't know why everyone was talking sh it about Yuvraj and his team after they lost their first 2 matches - they lost to 2 of the best teams in the league, Chennai and Rajasthan. Since then, they have managed to beat a top team like the Devils and have looked unstoppable for the most part.

Chandan
But I don't think Mohali's player management is something to be proud of. Their super stars are pulling them through right now. But they might be in a spot of bother when they'll fail to click. Is Mohali's 'development' plan over? Ashutosh Sharma Chandigarh SOME DAYS ago, the Mohali franchise owners were very upset with the negative publicity they garnered for putting some of their players (the lesser-known ones) in a separate hotel (moving them from the swank one they were in, ostensibly to accommodate guests of the owners). Mohali had then proudly declared that they were actually doing great work by picking such a large squad, the "largest IPL squad in the country" (Mumbai has 28) which was part of a planned developmental programme. Well, that plan seems to be over. At least for the moment, as nine of the 29member pool have been sent back to their respective homes. The team management did not reveal the names of the players but said they had now zeroed in on a group of 20 players and would be concentrating only on them for the rest of the tournament. "The players who were not selected to be part of the team were initially put into a coaching, development and fitness programme under Tom Moody's supervision. The programme concluded on April 30 and a core squad of 20 players was selected," said Neil Maxwell, the Mohali team CEO. The matter was reported by a TV channel on Sunday afternoon. It also quoted an anonymous player as saying the players who have been sent home were not happy with being treated as "secondary" players. Incidentally, none of the other franchisees have sent any of their players back home and most plan to use their pools fully, utilising the players at various stages of the event. The players going home would probably be very unhappy. It is highly unlikely that they will now be called back or play further part in the inaugural lPL. "The players are still part of the squad but it was decided that the coaching team should now focus only on the core 20 players selected as we have a very busy schedule ahead," Maxwell added. And that's that.

amits
Why isnt Kings XI Punjab giving Tanmay Srivastav a chance??? hes a talented batsman & was the leading run-getter in the u-19 wc in malaysia, yet despite the fact that mohali have qualified for the semis, they arent giving tanmay a chance to show his talent it would have been good if tanmay had opened for mohali today with sangakkara at 3. mohali r already through and should have looked to give some youngsters a chance
Yuvraj4Captaincy
It's not good to change winning combination and lose momentum. We are quite settled and there is no need to make any changes and I doubt he will get a chance now. and he was given chance in couple of games but his services were not required. Bumper
Why isnt Kings XI Punjab giving Tanmay Srivastav a chance??? I have read elsewhere that Tanmay Srivatsava: a) Abuses the keyboard a lot, causing severe eye strain and brain damage to his team mates and b) is an impure indian, which makes him an international player. Under these conditions, Yuvi will be motivated to play him, only if he can make a gf (preferred: deepika), for Yuvi in 9 dayz. Can he ? Thats a big ask of an unknown young lad.
