For me it is the approach of the indian batsmen in playing opposition spinners which is the issue . Do you see how they play spinners till almost 35 overs , no intent to get a boundary . Just happy to play dots ,and ones and happy with a four every 3-4 overs.. Until each batsmen demonstrate the ability and intent to get at least one boundary/six every over of spinner , we cannot expect anything great . These guys take plan of building a flatform to extreme level till almost 37-38 over at 5 or less than 5 runs per over even on pattas and then expect every time the lower order to hit at 12 runs at the end . Why the heck you try to take more initiative from 10-25 overs ? Link to comment
Vijy
time to look at ChaBish (Chahar+Bishnoi). Both of them are fastish leggies (a bit like Rashid Khan) and have a fairly good bag of tricks. also liked what I saw of shivam sharma and solanki in VHT, although they are very raw. Link to comment
