its a great tragedy, this guy wandered into pak after getting drunk one day..poor chap. Is probably dead now, he was killed with bricks and blades throat and stomach slashed, head bashed he is in coma. This is the way pak treats innocent Indian civilians and some of us wanted to free Kasab.

Yeah' date=' [b']India's judiciary to roz desh par chaar channd lagaati hai. :hysterical: Anyway if this guy was indeed responsible for the death of civilians as part of a targeted attack, his incarceration is well justified.
Oh crap, I forgot how Ajmal Kasab's case was dismissed in the highest court just like this one. There is also a proven record of the Supreme Court bending over to the govt in power, just like the padosi courts in front of their generals. Thanks for the very precise equivalence which helped a lot when talking about the topic. FYI all I was talking about is the trial. Is it too much to ask for a fair one where he's represented by able lawyers and not phony ones that take their orders from the dictators ? If he's guilty, the padosis are justified in the punishment and I would expect our govt to at least attempt a rescue by unconventional means.

If this guy was responsible for attacks in Pakistan then it means India is sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan and Indians have no right blame Pakistan for terror attacks in India

False equivalence by definition.

Isn't that the standard logic used on ICF when the discussion is about Modi and 2002, "Chauraasi Chauraasi Congress Congress" is what's heard in reply? :dontknow:

Gutless Ind govt, shameless and pathetic  Can you imagine the same treatment happening to an American, Israeli or British prisoner? Showing this meek appeasement and cowardice means you will always get rolled over. All this so-called diplomacy is just a show - Ind has zero clout - an article in the Economist sais the number of Ind diplomats in comparison with its size is woeful - Singapore has more diplomats. So many levers could be pulled but nothing is done especially for military/security personnel who have been captured. Disgusting and sickening.

You know wat you are saying, the Congress government lead by Bharat Ratna Rajeev sent terrorist to Pakistan to kill innocent Pakistanis or one morning he just woke up and crossed the border and did bomb blast in Lahore please be specific.

#1. The guy who was released few months ago ****ed up for all Indian prisoners held by Pakistan. Since that idiot declared that he was a spy, one cant fault Pakistanis to avoid releasing any suspect EVER. #2. Would India release a terrorist in the same situation ?

Indian death row prisoner Sarabjit Singh breathed his last around 12-45 a.m. on Thursday at Lahore's Jinnah Hospital where he had been on life-support since April 26 after being brutally attacked in Kot Lakhpat Jail by fellow inmates. News of his death broke soon after though there was no official announcement. Details of his death were sketchy. It appears he was taken off the ventilator after his condition worsened towards the middle of the night. Security was beefed up around the hospital and the mortuary soon after television channels began reporting his death He had sustained severe head injuries and had slipped into coma soon after admission to the Jinnah Hospital last Friday. Hours before his death, diplomatic sources had indicated that Pakistan was “positively considering'' his repatriation to India. His family had returned to India on Wednesday morning after spending three days with him in Lahore.
