Clean striker of the ball,no half measures,he remains balanced while playing big shots

Would like him to translate this in IPL 2019 so that they take notice of him

Yusuf scored a century in SA chasing.  He was a limited player, but not just a "spinner basher".

That innings was a aberration...

Mostly, he used to bash spinners.....occasionally, he hit few pacer, as well

Even Ajit Agarkar has a LORD's century....that doesn't mean, he is a good batsmen.....

I saw him bowl and we did mention about his bowling above but his state side isnt bowling him much, they need to give him regular bowling if they wanna develop him as all rounder and thats how he ll get ahead.

yea doesnt look 18 but i wont be surprised if their are still many out there who have fudged their age

Probably age question marks.  Add to that he's from J&K, not a place with established infrastructure and tournaments at the younger levels...

Nice article. The bit on him taking on Prasidh Krishna and coming up triumphs shows that he can handle quality pace and bounce. Excited to check him out in ipl, hopefully he gets his chance.

Gosh this is the kind of power hitters India need to grab and give plenty of chances to.

 

We dont want to be in a position one day where team India has a team full of kids with no experience of playing with mature experienced players.

It was a good performance by him against Ronit More & Suchith for the most part, but with also Krishna bowling later on. 

 

 

In the initial interviews after he was picked up by SRH, his mom stated his aspirations to play for India. He seems to be doing the right things thus far.

Was doubtful about his batting against pace but the way he batted against Aaron before and now Prasidh shows that he can handle pace. Looking forward to his batting in IPL.
