I don’t how famous that particular brand of fire cracker is in North India, but growing up, this one and atom-bomb was the thing to covet during DeepavaLi. which made the loudest noise. Did North Indians get that reference? Premiering in November as per the Hotstar ad. Remake of a Tamil movie called Kanchana in Telugu dubbed version. I think it is called the same in Tamil as well. Guilty pleasure movie. I didn’t know it was a big hit in Tamil, happened to watch it casually on Gemini TV ling time back while visiting India and in the end we all were kind of engaged in the movie for good or bad.
OpeningBatsman Posted October 3, 2020 Posted October 3, 2020 (edited) Banshee and Sense8 are couple of criminally underrated shows. The lead actor in Banshee ( Amthony starr) plays Homelander in Amazon's The Boys. Its a fun action /crime drama with awesome fight choreography. If you are in to sci-fi then the 2 seasons long Sense8 is a great watch. As an added bonus it also has Anupam Kher and Purab kohli as guest stars. Edited October 3, 2020 by OpeningBatsman

zen Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Coma (1978) Rewatched this after a long time. Still good!
coffee_rules Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 The Fly (1986) repulsive watch. But Geena Davis... First crush
Yoda-esque Posted October 11, 2020 Posted October 11, 2020 Emily in Paris series on Netflix is really quite good. Its a rom com, a genre I usually don't like , and the first few episodes can take time to build on, but later, it does come alive epitomizing the joie de vivre Parisian cliche.Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
The Realist Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 (edited) Possessor. Interesting with disturbing visuals especially the face mask/swop and plenty of gore. Worth a watch as different from the usual tired run of the mill stuff. Edited October 12, 2020 by The Realist
Ranvir Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 I recently saw Upgrade (2018). It's one of the greatest action sci films I've ever seen. You'll be shocked that it only cost 3 million dollars to make. Check it out!
