With those top 3 teams (RCB, DC, and MI), it is likely the battle for top 2, while for KKR, it is the matter of keeping the 4th rank from those bottom 4 teams. The current top 3 teams have wins under their belt so can breathe relatively easily .... for the 4th spot, it would depend upon who is playing whom, who is peaking at the right time and which players have a great game Potentially, the positions could go this way (not accounting for major upsets) Top 2: MI & RCB (secure 9-11 wins as games v SRH & CSK) 3 & 4: DC (secure 8-10 wins as relatively only easy game v SRH and maybe KKR) & RR/K11/KKR/.... It’s another matter that MI is not allowed to win the trophy this year as other needy teams will be given the opportunity. While we strive to take the full burden of Entertainment in IPL, we also realise that we will be made the sacrificial Goat for the IPL winning team as the fans will like to have competitive and entertaining final which only MI can provide...
