Adamant
He is already twice the batsman Martin Crowe was but yeah needs to improve captaincy in the shorter formats.Actually he should let go of the captaincy in lois, that would really help him as a batsman too
vishalvirsingh
Ishant is not flying to Australia. Second priority replacement is Prasidh. As Prasidh gets the same bounce and pace. Hazelwood is a big success in Australia though he is under 140k bcos of bounce he gets from just short of good length. That's the wicket taking length I would take Prasidh ahead of Siraj. I want Siraj to go as he deserves to go but Prasidh is also required if ishant is not flying to Australia

Stan AF
Lost 4 in a row. Lost again in playoffs to their nemesis SRH. No comeback it is as usual blowback.

zen
Difficult to be “Martin”, so back to being Virat (smashing and winning against under strength teams in bilaterals) Edited November 7, 2020 by zen
zen
Will Virat finally turn into Martin this season to take his team at least into the playoffs again and preferably the final? Also opening the batting this season Edited April 9, 2021 by zen

Didn't he already do a Martin last year? I remember them losing playoffs. Martin kohli is done, it's time for Arjuna kohli or Allan Kohli
zen
RCB is in the playoffs again. There is no guarantee of Ind making it to the knockout stage of the upcoming T20WC therefore more or less the final opportunity (the bird in hand) for Kohli to win a T20 title as a captain

Law of averages would suggest equal opportunities for both teams as KKR is due for a bad game while RCB due for a good playoff game (last yr lost to SRH in a dumb fashion) Also Morgan won the last World Cup and “luck” may not want to leave players like ABDV and Kohli without a title (Maxwell sent in as an angel to possibly bail them out) Similarly Dhoni could be playing his last IPL so maybe on a path to go on a high too (New guys like Gaikwad stepping up for CSK) CSK v RCB final would make it interesting from that PoV!
