SK_IH
This season has damaged that stat a little but there is no doubt David Warner has been the best IPL batsman in its history. Gayle is a very close second. nevada

Majestic
I would say its AB de Villiers. Warner is consistent but not explosive enough. T20 format is not just about runs but a combo of consistency and explosiveness. In that, de Villiers is the best of the three.

Adamant
1.ab devilliers 2.Warner(but nowadays he is not explosive enough, may be age caught up) 3.Gayle 4.Raina 5.Dhoni 6.Kohli 7.Watson 8.Pollard 9.Hayden 10.Hussey Don't know why people are rating a player like sharma in t20s, his str rate and avg are mediocre. Also he takes up too many balls before failing. Also this year he has been a total flop.

chewy
Surest Raina and Warner Would have gone for Gayle, but guy hasn't won any IPLs. On ABDV, its a cliche, guy cant handle pressure, no wonder he hasn't won anything too. Great batsmen though just not greatest.
zen
In no particular order: SDP, the only Ind batsmen who has actually won his team an IPL while batting in the lower middle order In 2019 - 400+ runs, SR 190+ .... 14 wkts Pollard - excellent cricketer. Has won matches on his own .... fields brilliantly as well Russell - displayed iconic hitting abilities ABDV - master of 360 degrees batting and power hitting (the best LOI batsman after Sir Viv Richards) Gayle - power power power Also great because these are the type of players fans watch IPL for Edited October 25, 2020 by zen

He has been singlehandedly keeping SRH competitive every tournament. Won a championship where he was the highest run getter, got the team to knockouts on 2 other occasions being the highest run getter. He can be as explosive as any in a better team and still has a 140+ sr. Stats don’t tell the whole story, guys like SDP and some others might have a 200 SR in some dead rubbers but is it better than a Williamson innings with a sr of 115 like he played yesterday? Stats are subjective but no one has had a greater impact than Warner as a batsman in the IPL.
