There's a good chance that it's going to happen. As long as the turnout keeps going up, the republicans are never going to get the presidency. With every election cycle, Dems are going to make voting more and more accessible to everyone with mail in ballots and other voting expansionist measures. In 2016, trump won the election by the slimmest of margins ( a plus or minus of 1) in 4 states handed him the presidency and the dems are never going to make that mistake again. 2018 midterm was the highest turnout for a midterm and dems captured congress. And that was just around 53%. 2020 presidential election the turnout was around 67 and they ended up winning it by 7 million votes. Clinched the presidency, retained the congress and won more seats in senate they had before. Even in the georgia senate runoffs more number of people voted early and it helped dems considerably.
