I went by games played v output .... Salaries are not a big concern for me so I do not even track them

Salaries are the main basis for selection for this thread (see OP and prior threads on this topic). It is a question about how much ROI are investors getting from their players.

Why is the salary/ IPL auction rate the barometer by which you set expectations?

 

What was that 80-20 rule again? 80% of the workers draw 20% of the salary.:p:

That is the whole basis for judging worth :money: of the player for a private investor. :hmmmm2:
