mishra Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 Last time when Farm protest was on, Indian security forces were struggling to get logistical help on Border in Kashmir and Punjab area. i know this because at the time the person incharge for one of the supplies (oil) happens to be my friend. So these farmers protest are not just a problem but can be also seen as some signal if GoI is planning something discreetly on border that its not discreet. Punjab is only a perception because of AAP. Junta is highly pro-India and patriotic. In Kerala, there will be a Hindu-Christian unity that might balance out any further divide. Plain and simple. Delhi has seen only anarchy and violence since he has come into frame. JNU, Shaheen Bagh, 26 Jan attempt, Delhi Riots, Covid crowd at bus stands, Farmers protest, standoff with LG and many more. I am not even mentioning his U turns , lies and even corruption. He is Magsasay award recipeint, He has visited Dubai in 2014 (immediately after elections loss) and then again 2018 which he tried to hide it and didnt dislose who he met or why he went there. No Indian should ever trust this guy. I am sure central Agencies will put him behind bars in some pretext. Just like Lalu Yadava, his arrest and jail term is minimum to show people that links to Foreign assets/Interest wont be tolerated no matter how high you reach in Indian politics If AAP is really worried that they need a leader. The govt wants wheat in reserves before private firms buy it. We do want food security. Same article points out it is an increase compared to last year. Sources told the newspaper that procurement has reached 27.2 lakh tonnes as of April 13, marking a 7% increase from 25.5 lakh tonnes compared to the same period last year. Commercial crops are where the farmers make quite bit of money. I know lot of andhra farmers do commercial crops than the wheat and rice crops. You need a good mix of both. The whole point of privatization also thought would help farmers. Because they have more venues to sell but farm bills were vehemently opposed. Shekar Gupta main journalist mentioned the cause of farmer protests is because lot of politicians control Mandis and didn’t want to loose their cut so they made the strike happen in first place. Lots of Muslims from UP seem to be settling there. I think potential social unrest is on the cards in Punjab in next 5-6 years. Earlier I thought Kharar and Rajpura were only main established ghettos with numerous mosques in sight... Why are Sikh welcoming them with open arms? Now I talked to some people & they share same worries. Native Hindu Sikh population is expected to drop drastically in next decade. Time to reduce Kaneda Australia settlement or colonization I think... @LordPrabhzy you seem to be from Punjab too bro?
