Rahul tripathi has to be in the t20 squad for India, just his intent would warrant a place in side and he is multi dimensional, can open, bat at three and even as a finisher, his range is superior than both iyer/Sanju and more clinical.

Umran loses control when he bowls too many short balls.

Bowls really well when he attacks tbe stumps regularly at high pace ... with a few surprise bouncers.

So, why are the coaching staff not pointng this out to him ?

That short ball was a good one. Cramped Kishan for room. Kishan was lucky to edge it. I think the 3rd man should be finer

There is an optimum pace at which a bowler will have his rythym , landing balance & syncronisation  of  hand and body movement  intact and he will still bowl with control. But when he tries too hard with intention of bowling real quick the synchronisation will not be maintained and control is lost.

For me it looks like right now , around 142-147  is the optimum pace  at which Umarn maintains decent control.  He should practice hard at this pace for some months and achieve good control and develop a nasty bumper . From then on he can start trying few  times to bowl few real quick ones which also can surprise batters.

One cannot bowl every ball 150+ ball after ball.
