Imo if India can win at Brisbane, India can win anywhere. The quality is clearly there imo, it only remains to be seen whether the skills will be executed well by players in the final match.

Just because the supposed almighty England batting lineup is bang average to rubbish when they don't get to bat on a freaking road doesn't mean the surfaces were unfair.  Rohit had 161, Ashwin had 106, Pant had 101, Sundar had 96 on those same "unfair" surfaces.

Ball was exploding off the pitch from ball one, top surface was crumbling in the first session. That's as undercooked a pitch as we will get. I don't have to rely on what anyone says.

 

As for peppy scoring runs, well each of them were some of the best batting on such terrible pitches. Rohit's 161 will count among the top 5-7 knocks in India, Ashwin's 100 among the best 100s by a lower order batsman and Pant's 101 among the most audacious ones in Test cricket. But those knock do not make the pitches better.
