So here's the final eleven:

Hashim Amla

Shahid Afridi

Ricky Ponting (c)

Jacques Kallis

Kumara Sangakkara (wk)

Michael Hussey

Abdul Razzaq

Mitchell Johnson

Saqlain Mushtaq

Michael Holding

Allan Donald

Title pitch:

This team is full of legends. Here's how -

Amla has 8000 plus runs to his name, averages nearly 50 with a career strike rate of 88. Afridi has the highest number of sixes in ODI history. This is the ideal pair of openers to make use of the powwrplay.

At number #3 we have the best number 3 in the game.

The best batting allrounder at #4.

Followed by the second highest run scorer in ODI history at #5 who doubles up as the keeper.

At #6 we have Mr. Cricket himself, one kf the best finishers in the game (ask Saeed Ajmal).

Another legendary finisher at #7, doubles up as a very useful bowler too.

At #8 we have someone who found his mojo in the 2014 Ashes and has been a fierce force since then. Very useful with the bat too for crucial lower order runs.

The magician himself at #9. He invented the doosra.

Whispering Death at 10. A terror in any format.

Last but not the least, White Lightning at #11.

Batting depth till #8, and 7 genuine bowling options. Zero part timers.

Thanks @Majestic for organizing. Let's do one for tests next.

Yeah. Actually, we already have done one for tests which was players post 1970. I was thinking of having one for T20s soon. That would be quite an exciting exercise too as everyone will look to go for all rounders and big hitters instead of the Pontings, Tendulkars or Kallis.
